Everyone that I worked with was amazing! Our heater went out after 30 years, and they sent out Mike to check it out, and he determined that it was time to replace it. He set us up with Randy, who broke down all the details and provided us with various options within our budget. On the day of the installation, Kevin, Leo, and Clinton tackled the installation, and they were fast and quiet (I had surgery the day before, and I didn't even notice they were there). They helped me and taught me how to use the smart thermostat (Nest) and had a lot of patience with answering all of our questions. We would highly recommend Good Guys to any of our friends and family if they ever run into any issues.

The Good Guys just installed a new furnace, AC, and water heater at our home. The owner, Bill, explained everything prior to installation. They sent four guys, and they were able to complete the job in a little over a day. They arrived on time and worked hard all day. The foreman, Roy, let us know what they were doing every step of the way and made sure everything was done right. All of the guys (Dylan, Dordel, and Kurt) were so nice, and we were totally comfortable having them in and out of our house. They respected our house, wearing shoe coverings and being so careful to get the furnace into the small space to the attic without hitting the trim. The whole system was well tested upon completion. They cleaned up everything so that we couldn’t even tell they were here. Roy showed us how to use the thermostat, water heater controls, and the maintenance required. We highly recommend Roy and the Good Guys.
