Roy, Clinton, and Dylan were professional as they replaced the old air handler in my very tight attic. There were some challenges which required modifying the original plans. The new options were discussed with me and came up with a new plan. They all worked very hard and left the work areas clean.

Great Experience with Good Guys
We had a duct tear in our attic and decided to take a chance on Good Guys based on the reviews and also being local (we’re in EDH). Mike came out and did a thorough inspection. We then met with consultant Randy a few times to go over options (repair, replace, upgrade, financing, etc.). We opted to do a full replacement of the whole HVAC system and also add zoning. The pricing was competitive and transparent, and we were very impressed with the professionalism. Our technicians were also great (Kris, Lucas, and Dylan), and it took them about two full days to do the job. It was a great experience, and we will be using them and would easily recommend them to friends/family!

Everything Went Very Smoothly
Everything went very smoothly. Replaced my 21-year-old package unit (AC/Heat) on roof. Ducts replaced (original to the house? 30+ years old?). It wasn't cheap, but I wanted efficiency and long-lasting quality. I believe I got this. The service was excellent; the installers were in and out in a day. I have used Good Guys for other repairs as well, and found them to be trustworthy and reliable.

I needed to have my AC and heat replaced. Randy arrived to inspect the system and go over my options. Very impressed with his knowledge and experience. Mike and Kris installed central air and heat system in my home. Excellent customer service experience here too. I was notified when they were on their way to my home. Very professional, courteous, efficient, and neat. Upon completion, I was given a great briefing on how to operate the system, shown via photos repairs they had done and what the install looked like.
