I called Good Guys when our AC was not working. The staff was very friendly and able to schedule a service the next day. The service rep, Butch, was very professional. He located the problem and had it fixed immediately. He noticed some issues with the furnace that previous companies had ignored. I was grateful he was willing to correct the issue. This is the third time we’ve used Good Guys Heating and Cooling, and every experience has been great. I called at 8 a.m. this morning, and Mike was at my house by 10:45 the same morning, which is amazing.
Mike has helped us each time and is always professional, kind, and easy to talk to. He explains everything clearly and gives options without any pressure.
