Love this company! Always professional, fair, reliable, and friendly. We had them do some work a year and a half ago and knew we had to have the entire attic ducting redone, but waited because of the cost (we had just moved into the house and had lots of expenses). This time they came out for our yearly inspection and we decided to have them do the work. The first tech, Nick, did the inspection. He was thorough and friendly. Today, Lucas, Dillon, and Aaron came out to do the duct work. They arrived on time, worked for about 4 1/2 hours, protected our carpets, did the installation, cleaned up, and showed us photos of the newly installed ductwork. Jason was friendly, informed, and able to explain how I could clean up the system to reduce the constant dust/grit produced by the ventilation/heat/air system in the house. He took the time to respond to all my questions and provide me options. The cost to achieve that cleaner air will be significant and more than I expected (but what isn't these days), should be worth the expense if it functions as well as hoped. The Good Guys should be glad they hired Jason to represent their business, he does it well.
I wanted to add this to my original review:
The two men who came to actually change and install the changes to my ventilation system were good at it. Tarps on the flooring all the way from front door to the walk-in closet to access the machinery and ducting. Took them a good long while to complete the job and clean up. Not a crumb left in the house. Since the install changes, the lack of dust/debris from the vents has been reduced to almost nothing! So far I'm happy with the outcome and well worth the cost to get it done so the entire house is cleaner. Those two workers were indeed Good Guys. Thanks, Fellows!

Great company to work with so far
So far, I haven’t even had this company do the proposed work, and I have been immensely happy with them. I have been told by at least two, if not three, other companies that, in essence, I was screwed on being able to do anything with my HVAC system to make it any better. The guys came in and assessed the problems, fixed one of them pretty much on the spot, and made great suggestive fixes, which I will likely be going with. Tim and Adam came out to do the installer estimate/consultation to figure out what is actually wrong. They were very professional and helpful and explained many things that made so much sense when they explained it that I wouldn’t have known otherwise. I will update once I have the project complete.
UPDATE… Tim, Adam, and Cordell all came out over a period of two days to completely revamp my system. They removed ducts, made bigger ducts and vents, and overhauled the whole deal, even moving the blower/furnace under the house instead of in the tiny closet it was in. All three were professional, friendly, and helpful and explained everything they were doing as needed. They cleaned up completely on their exit and made me feel comfortable with knowing to contact them if I had any questions or concerns. I won’t truly know how great the whole overhaul is until the height of the summer, which is what I was trying to fix in the first place, but just the movement of air in the house with the heater is so much better now. I will add an update once I know if this whole project truly fixed the problem I was trying to solve. But no matter what, great company to work with so far.
