Love this company! Always professional, fair, reliable, and friendly. We had them do some work a year and a half ago and knew we had to have the entire attic ducting redone, but waited because of the cost (we had just moved into the house and had lots of expenses). This time they came out for our yearly inspection and we decided to have them do the work. The first tech, Nick, did the inspection. He was thorough and friendly. Today, Lucas, Dillon, and Aaron came out to do the duct work. They arrived on time, worked for about 4 1/2 hours, protected our carpets, did the installation, cleaned up, and showed us photos of the newly installed ductwork. It was a big investment, but well worth it. They were a pleasure to work with. Thanks, Good Guys!! :)

Jason was friendly, informed, and able to explain how I could clean up the system to reduce the constant dust/grit produced by the ventilation/heat/air system in the house. He took the time to respond to all my questions and provide me options. The cost to achieve that cleaner air will be significant and more than I expected (but what isn't these days), should be worth the expense if it functions as well as hoped. The Good Guys should be glad they hired Jason to represent their business, he does it well.
I wanted to add this to my original review:
The two men who came to actually change and install the changes to my ventilation system were good at it. Tarps on the flooring all the way from front door to the walk-in closet to access the machinery and ducting. Took them a good long while to complete the job and clean up. Not a crumb left in the house. Since the install changes, the lack of dust/debris from the vents has been reduced to almost nothing! So far I'm happy with the outcome and well worth the cost to get it done so the entire house is cleaner. Those two workers were indeed Good Guys. Thanks, Fellows!
