The service is great as ever, the owner Bill came out with the guys to make sure everyone was on the same page. Clinton and Aaron were in and out. She was very friendly and professional. Ray came out and assessed my old system that I wanted replaced. Again, very friendly and professional.
Roy, Dylan, and Eli were tasked with the installation of the mini split unit, and they did an amazing job! They were very respectful and professional and went above and beyond to really make sure that the mini split was perfect. It turned out that the old system was not installed properly, so they started from scratch, and the owner Bill came out twice to assess and make sure the job could be done.
