He located the problem and had it fixed immediately. He noticed some issues with the furnace that previous companies had ignored. I was grateful he was willing to correct the issue. This is the third time we’ve used Good Guys Heating and Cooling, and every experience has been great. I called at 8 a.m. this morning, and Mike was at my house by 10:45 the same morning, which is amazing.
Mike has helped us each time and is always professional, kind, and easy to talk to. He explains everything clearly and gives options without any pressure.
He was even able to replace some parts of the AC unit this morning, and now my AC is back up and running. Overall, very reliable and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them!
