Excellent Response Time Feb 11, 2026

Excellent response time. I had never done business with GoodGuys before, but they had a technician out to my place within 3 or 4 hours of my call. My furnace had been running poorly for a long time, was not able to bring the house up to the set temperature even after running for a couple of hours in the morning, even though our nights haven't been very cold lately, mid 40's to low 50's. Also, the furnace was using much more propane than normal, and I was smelling raw propane near the furnace exhaust outlet. Tim Snyder found that the gas pressure was adjusted much too low and corrected it. I waited 2 days to write this review to see if the problem is fixed, and it appears that it is -- both mornings, the temperature has been up to the setpoint by the time I get up, and there's no propane smell by the furnace exhaust outlet. To top it off, they charged less than I expected.

Was having issues with our heater intermittently heating/blowing. Called GoodGuys, who got us in quickly to start, and then reached out to come even sooner when their availability showed an opening. Mike showed up on time and ready to go, and had us up and running problem-free in about an hour. Fantastic company with fantastic techs who go above and beyond. Can’t say enough good things!!

Good Guys Heating and Cooling came out to do a tune-up on my heater, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were on time, professional, and took the time to explain everything they were checking and fixing. They caught and fixed several issues that could have become bigger problems later, which I really appreciated. No pressure, no upselling, just honest and thorough work. I feel much better knowing my system is running safely and efficiently. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Requested heat maintenance from Good Guys in Jan and was able to make a quick appointment. They originally scheduled a week out but had a cancellation and came out the next day. They had a special, so I paid $79. Tech Mike came out. Mike was very polite, professional, and non-pushy regarding sales. My unit is 22 years old, so it's old but still works for both heat and cooling. He made his recommendations (fixes/replacing) and explained why and took pictures to back up his recommendations.
