I called Good Guys when our AC was not working. The staff was very friendly and able to schedule a service the next day. The service rep, Butch, was very professional. He located the problem and had it fixed immediately. He noticed some issues with the furnace that previous companies had ignored. I was grateful he was willing to correct the issue. Definitely will continue to use Good Guys for all our HVAC needs.

This is the third time we’ve used Good Guys Heating and Cooling, and every experience has been great. I called at 8 a.m. this morning, and Mike was at my house by 10:45 the same morning, which is amazing. Mike has helped us each time and is always professional, kind, and easy to talk to. He explains everything clearly and gives options without any pressure. He was even able to replace some parts of the AC unit this morning, and now my AC is back up and running. Overall, very reliable and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them!

Had the pleasure of having Mike Runge of Good Guys working on my AC unit today. Mike went through everything and explained it all to me in a way that was extremely easy to understand. He went through various pictures and explained everything he was showing me. I’ve had many AC techs come out over the years and I’ve never had such a smooth and streamlined experience. Mike crushed it and made this entire process very smooth and easy. I would highly, highly recommend Good Guys and don’t forget to ask for Mike Runge!

Jason explained very well what needs to be done to make our A/C run again. He thoroughly checked everything, diagnosed what caused the unit not to run, and gave advice on how to prevent things from happening again. Just purchased my first house. Our A/C wasn’t working, and Nick arrived right on time. He was courteous from the start, putting on shoe booties before entering our home. He first checked the 20-year-old condenser unit outside and explained that it was not up to par for the size of our home. Next, he inspected the attic unit and quickly identified several issues, which he clearly explained to us. Nick took the time to sit down with me and go over multiple options — from a quick fix to a more thorough repair — given the neglect from previous tenants. His professionalism, patience, and ability to explain how the system works (and why maintenance is so important) really stood out. Overall, Nick was professional, thorough, and understanding. I highly recommend him and Good Guys Heating & Cooling for anyone needing honest, knowledgeable service.

Good Guys Heating & Cooling live up to the title in their name. My AC was out and I'm unable to sweat, so we needed the AC fixed ASAP, and we contacted them on a Saturday. When we spoke with Ashley, she was very personable and was able to get me a same-day appointment. I was informed when my tech Jason was on his way, and he did an excellent job. He explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and took pictures of everything. I highly recommend Good Guys because, again, they live up to their name and have great personable and knowledgeable people working at the family-owned company.

First off, I would like to thank Jessica, who was the one who got me an appointment so quickly and helped me when my AC went out and it was 102 degrees outside. Jason L was the tech they sent, and he was polite and full of energy. He explained everything well, had a sense of humor, and most of all showed great customer service. Jason and the Good Guys are the best! I didn’t have to press any numbers to speak with a live person and got an appointment quickly. Jason was actually early for the appointment and got right to work. He was cheerful, personable, efficient and diagnosed the problem quickly. He explained everything clearly and I never felt that he was trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. He got everything fixed and stayed to make sure the AC was working. And besides all that, he played with my dog :). I called the Good Guys in the first place because of their support of veterans, and I am now a customer for life.
