Tim, Adam, Roy, Charlie, and Cordel are a remarkable team of professionals. They arrived on time, put down drop cloths, and worked tirelessly for nearly 12 hours. Replacing our attic heater units was complex due to the construction of our home. They did everything perfectly. We are impressed with their attention to detail, cleanliness, preparation, and cleanup at the end. Everything was tested, and we are so pleased. They stayed until the work was done. I am trying to remember that level of service with other projects we have had. We cannot say enough good things about this team, their friendly, positive attitude, and the Good Guys firm. Great same-day service to resolve an inoperable HVAC that was blowing a fuse. Jason, the technician, was capable, courteous, and personable. Jessica in the office was helpful and dispatched assistance promptly. Price was a bit higher than expected for changing out a contactor relay that’s about $40 on Amazon, but it’s probably not too far off of industry standard for same-day service and associated diagnostic to locate the short circuit. I’ve used them before and would do so again in the future.

My husband and I are really impressed with our recent HVAC duct replacement by Good Guys Heating and Cooling. Both the project manager, Randy Anderson, and Clinton Daley, the installation clinician, were personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and on time. Clinton was a hard worker and finished our job well within the time frame we were given. He also saw a hole in our outer wall where mice, rats, and insects could get in and patched it (without additional cost). Additionally, he removed a large object left and stored under our house that was too cumbersome for my husband and me to remove (also for no additional cost). He also secured insulation that was falling away from the subfloor—you guessed it—no additional cost. We really had a great experience doing business with Good Guys Heating and Cooling. We highly recommend using their services for any of your heating and cooling needs. They went above and beyond and we got a good deal more than we expected.

In short, for those who don’t want to read a long review, we are very happy with our choice to go with Good Guys after receiving quotes from three other companies and doing our due diligence. We are satisfied with their service and the initial install! Butch and Mike C were great! Now for the details… We had our entire HVAC system replaced a couple months back and last week we started having issues with it cooling. It would not work one day and then work the next day for some reason. We called Good Guys when we had the initial problem and scheduled an appointment for a few days later; however, we canceled it since our AC started working in the meantime. Unfortunately, it went out again, so we called on Friday to reschedule an appointment, and after explaining our frustration and insisting on an appointment prior to their proposed date (it’s going to be 100+ this week and we have an infant), we had someone come out on the following Monday by 9 a.m. It was a quick fix, which I was relieved to hear. After a little troubleshooting, they determined it was a loose fuse and replaced it. I appreciate their prompt response and the fact that the issue was a quick fix since we just paid quite a lot of money to install the entire unit, and I was really concerned about it already giving out. Ultimately, I am satisfied with their service and I am happy with my choice to go with Good Guys. Butch did the original install and was pleasant during our initial interaction, and he fixed the machine again today and was also great and fast. Mike C also assisted with the original install and was pleasant to work with as well. Ryan was our salesman, who I was initially in contact with; he was patient and answered my questions and was a pleasure to work with. One of the reasons why we decided to go with Good Guys for sure. I would recommend the Good Guys!
