Satisfied Good Guys customer. Kenny Ramirez came to my house for an AC unit service. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I had an AC unit installed in 2023 by Good Guys and it has worked great. I am now getting the new ducting, air purifier, and attic fan that was recommended by them during the initial install. Looking forward to improve the efficiency and quality of the air in my house.

He located the problem and had it fixed immediately. He noticed some issues with the furnace that previous companies had ignored. I was grateful he was willing to correct the issue. This is the third time we’ve used Good Guys Heating and Cooling, and every experience has been great. I called at 8 a.m. this morning, and Mike was at my house by 10:45 the same morning, which is amazing.
Mike has helped us each time and is always professional, kind, and easy to talk to. He explains everything clearly and gives options without any pressure.
