"I'm very happy I chose Good Guys to take care of my HVAC issues. Decades of deferred maintenance resulted in no A/C, a faulty heater, and decaying, ineffective ductwork. I contacted Good Guys and within a week, the issues were all resolved. Randy provided the inspection and estimates on a Tuesday. On the following Tuesday (after Thanksgiving), Chris, Clinton, Dillon, Mike... and a few more... showed up promptly at 8am. (They were actually early but politely waited in their caravan of trucks until the stroke of 8.) By 4pm, they had completed all of the work, plus some extra related items they noticed they could help with. There were two crews working at the same time. One crew was removing the old HVAC, rebuilding the platform, rewiring and installing a new larger and more efficient system. The other crew was removing the old ductwork and decayed insulation and then reinstalling new ductwork while also rerouting it to improve efficiency. The owner, Bill, stopped by early to check that the teams were executing the plan without issues and we chatted for a bit. Then he was off to the next job site to provide the same quality service. Before they left, they cleaned to jobsite inside, outside, and under the house. Chris also showed me how to use my new thermostat which I can now control remotely with my iPhone. The quote for the work was in line with other quotes I received, but slightly lower. When you consider the Service, Speed, Quality, and Pricing for the scope of work they performed, you'll realize these really are The Good Guys. (Just without the capes.)"
