My husband and I are really impressed with our recent HVAC duct replacement by Good Guys Heating and Cooling. Both the project manager, Randy Anderson, and Clinton Daley, the installation clinician, were personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and on time. Clinton was a hard worker and finished our job well within the time frame we were given. He also saw a hole in our outer wall where mice, rats, and insects could get in and patched it (without additional cost). Additionally, he removed a large object left and stored under our house that was too cumbersome for my husband and me to remove (also for no additional cost). He also secured insulation that was falling away from the subfloor—you guessed it—no additional cost. We really had a great experience doing business with Good Guys Heating and Cooling. We highly recommend using their services for any of your heating and cooling needs. They went above and beyond and we got a good deal more than we expected.

Love this company! Always professional, fair, reliable, and friendly. We had them do some work a year and a half ago and knew we had to have the entire attic ducting redone, but waited because of the cost (we had just moved into the house and had lots of expenses). This time they came out for our yearly inspection and we decided to have them do the work. The first tech, Nick, did the inspection. He was thorough and friendly. Today, Lucas, Dillon, and Aaron came out to do the duct work. They arrived on time, worked for about 4 1/2 hours, protected our carpets, did the installation, cleaned up, and showed us photos of the newly installed ductwork.
